What an excellent way to see Niagara Falls from behind; up close and above; all with an individual tour guide Caitlyn who made the day one to remember; full of facts and helpful hints on the way. Started behind the falls( you get very wet) ponchos provided; but feel the huge volume of the Canadian falls. then onto the Hornblower boats( new ponchos). Could not believe how far we went into the Canadian falls on the boat ( even wetter) in fact drenched. Time to dry off and have a drink. then Skylon tower with lift up outside of building; to buffet floor for included all you can eat buffet of three courses( lots of choice) included drinks are water and tea/ coffee. You pay for anything else. then chance to go up a level to observation deck to look down on the falls. finally the pinnacle a 10-15 minute drive to airfield to take helicopter on 12 minute flight to see the falls. We were a family of 5 so had the helicopter to ourselves; as it seats 6 people. this was a surprise for my family .

This is the best tour ever! highly recommended! Mohamed is the nicest guy you’ll ever meet I had my daughter with me on a wheelchair and he was so helpful and friendly to us.

Not only was the first class treatment amazing; but the organization and actual trip. We were picked up at our Airbnb by two lovely people; escorted and instructed to each and every destination. We were escorted to the front; dropped off at the entrances; and treated very kindly. I would not do it any other way. We got to see on top of falls; side of falls; behind falls; and in falls :) yes you get wet and it was awesome. Thank you.

We booked this tour on advice of our friends. Our guide was Chris and he was fun; knowledgeable and so personable. He got us to the front of the line and where we wanted to be before the crowds descended. Highly recommend this your company.

I must start by staying that it rained the entire tour which definitely impacted the experience. Read a great deal of the reviews prior to purchasing. It appears that the guide makes a big difference on the type of experience you will have. Our guide was nice and answered whatever questions you asked; however; I did not find that she offered a great deal of information without being asked. I have traveled a great deal and took many tours. Having a guide that is talkative and informative is always a plus. This was our guides summer job. Maybe it was the rain. Other than that; the tour was good. Maybe could have done the same thing on the On and Off Bus. The positive about the tour is that it is a small group. You are picked up at your hotel and you do not have to deal with tickets or lines.

Used SeeSight tours to take us on the Ultimate Toronto Tour. Our guide was new to the job and it was her summer job. While she was nice and pleasant; I believe that we would have had a more informative experience with a more seasoned guide.

Canadian side only! Was picked up in 7 passenger van right at hotel promptly at 8:30 am by Sean our driver. Super nice; enthusiast; friendly and knew his stuff. Points out sites and information otherwise may not of noticed and provided the history behind it. Answered all of questions about Canada in general. Immediately went to Skylon Tower and was there for about an hour (thought it was too much time but I was wrong). He gives you time and location to meet back. We drove past the Marine Land which is similar to Sea World and then a park which gives you a view along side the water before the falls. See a fishing boat that crashed over a 100 years ago and hear the story behind it (won’t ruin it for you). Also see the “controls” and management gates to falls. Different perspective and view. Next we went to Journey Behind The Falls. He took us in a back “secret tour only” entrance and just like that he gets you in and pop to the front of the line in front of the elevator down to the base/entrance to the tunnel. You can’t get any closer to the falls. We then drive to Hornblower Cruise- again a secret entrance to “skip the line” and just walk past everyone waiting. Tells you best spot on boat! Best view and quickest off. We had extra time for a bonus view to the “whirlpool”; a 10 minute ride down. Passed the Whitewater Walk and old downtown area. We told him we were going to Niagara on Lake and told us where the Butterfly and Botanical Gardens and Floral Clock were as well as lookout points. Also got parking tips. Drop off right back to hotel. Great value; great tour; time saver and hit main attractions in less than 4 hours .....unless you want to stand on long lines; don’t think twice!

This was an ‘okay’ tour. Guide was super nice; but I would not say super knowledgeable. Seemed to be regurgitating facts from a script versus personal knowledge. Dropped us off in distillery district without much explanation; history or direction... Overall... we got transportation and ability to skip lines which was good. Also nice to pay up front for multiple tour site admissions. Boat ride was great. Overall; I would recommend... just wouldn’t ‘rave’ about it....
