We done this trip on my Birthday I felt like a VIP as picked up from hotel. There was two of us and then meet a family of four so only six of us and our lovely driver Roberta she was very informative explained about the falls how it was created; dams & power of the falls; but never boring. We were never rushed. We saw the falls from all angles. We never waited in queues. Had great photos. Thank you Roberta for making my day so special.

Based on Trip Advisor’s recommendation we booked this tour. It was excellent. It was over 8 hours long and hit the top spots in Niagara Falls. Our guide; Roberta; top notch and very informative. We highly recommend this tour of the Falls.

Bij aankomst in ons hotel Wyndham Garden aan de Amerikaanse kant via Trip Advisor een Tour geboekt voor twee dagen later. Pick up vanaf het hotel lukte blijkbaar niet vanaf de Amerikaanse kant. Helaas was dat niet gecommuniceerd. Jammer omdat we echt ruim op tijd geboekt hadden. Er zijn meerdere Wyndham locaties en men had dit kunnen checken en voorkomen. Na enig telefonisch contact op de dag zelf moesten we last minute lopen over de brug door de douane enz. naar de Canadese kant lopen waardoor we te laat waren. De trip ging voor ons niet meer door. Zelf ons plan getrokken en een leuke dag gehad. Geld netjes terug gekregen. Misschien handig te vermelden dat pick up alleen geld voor hotels aan de Canadese kant ?

Absolutely fabulous tour and our tour guide Tim was indeed the best tour guide I have ever had he deserves a raise he is so well mannered; so caring so friendly and so filled with Niagara history -we found him fascinating and will request him in our future visits

Guy was an amazing tour guide! He made the trip very fun and told us new things we didn't know about the falls. All the excursions included were fun and we would definitely do it all again!

We did the small group Niagara tour from Toronto. It was a little pricier than some of the other; larger coach trips available but it was WORTH EVERY PENNY!! Our guide Mike picked us up on time right outside our door and gave us loads of information about where we were going and what we were passing en route. On arrival at Niagara; we visited 3 of the main attractions (Skylon Tower; Behind the Falls and Hornblower boat trip) but Mike took us to have a quick look at several other places around Niagara; which was a lovely surprise and really gave us a flavour of the place beyond the tourist attractions. Because we were in a small group of 6; there was no hanging around or lengthy drop offs/pick ups and it meant we were able to ask lots of questions too. This trip was brilliant and I'd hightly recommend it!!

I was expecting a guided tour; not just dropped off and meet me back here in an hour. The entrances were different than the exits and I never knew how to find the van. The two of us were overtaken by a group of four who monopolized the driver; so we never could hear all the insider information. Priority tickets and going to the front of the line was a plus.

We definitely recommend this tour! Guide was awesome and knowledgeable with any questions we had! Thanks to GUI the guide for an excellent time.

This tour was an amazing way to see the Falls. We experienced them from below; behind; and above. Incredible! Worth every penny and more! Our guide; Alex; was great! She was knowledgeable; patient; and so sweet and kind. Definitely ask for her! If you are looking for a 100% guaranteed perfect experience- pick this tour company/package! It was truly amazing!

Roberta; our tour guide was wonderful; friendly; funny; helpful and accommodating. This is a very busy tour package with a lot of walking and stairs. Most of the tour is independent with your guide arranging tickets; dropping off and picking up at each destination. We would recommend this tour.
