The trip and guide Kaitlyn were delightful. Worth paying to have it all sorted for you; que jumps and pick up / drop off at our hotel. Kaitlyn was knowledgeable and likeable. The slight draw back as we have a member of our family in a wheelchair is that Niagara whilst claiming to be is not really used to wheelchairs and how they / us should access parts of the trip - in particular the boat experience. Trying to make it through a busy gift shop having lost the guide was not great. Fab trip; just a little less fab if using a wheelchair.

This specific tour was recommended to us by a family friend who took it in July. We were not disappointed. Gee was our super friendly; personable guide. He gave a great tour and also engaged our group. It was nice to have priority access to the 3 specific parts of the tour and not have to wait in line. I highly recommend See Sight Tours.

See Sight Tours does a 4-5 hour tour on either the US or Canadian side of the Falls or can do an all day tour on both sides. Since we were staying on the American side we did the US tour. They advertise a small group experience and we were indeed a small group; just the two of us. It seems they had a family of six and the two of us so rather than crowd 8 people together; we each had our own tour! Muhammad picked us up at our hotel and took us to the Whirlpool State Park. It is a 109 acre state park where a lazy whirlpool forms between the Niagara River and the lower Niagara Gorge. Many locals come here to picnic and hike or run. Not too many tourists come here as it is not well known. Muhammad gave us a history of the area and answered our many questions. He explained why the whirlpool forms and said that even though it is slow moving it can take up to 7 days for the water and other debris caught up in the whirlpool to exit out of the whirlpool and head down the lower gorge. From there we went to the Maid of the Mist and Muhammad got our tickets and walked us to the entrance. He explained the best places to view the falls from; how long we would be at the Horseshoe Falls; let us know how long the boat ride would be and where and when he would met us to continue our adventure. While on the Maid of the Mist we had time to view the American Falls close up after we exited the boat and also had time to go to the Observation Deck and the gift shop. Muhammad picked us up and took us over to Goat Island which is between the Bridal Veil Falls and the Horseshoe Falls He gave us a little background history of the Island and why it was named Goat Island. We walked down to Terrapin Point where we viewed the Horseshoe Falls and Muhammad took pictures of us with the Falls in the background. From here we went over to the Cave of the Winds. Although you usually get tickets for a specified time for your tour; Muhammad got our tickets and we went right in with the group entering at that time even though there were people queuing up for the next available tour. There is a small room that explains a little of the history of the area before you enter another room to see a short film about the falls and its history. After you exit the film you are given a pair of disposable flip flops (and a bag to put your shoes and socks in) to wear on the Cave of the Winds experience. Normally you have to carry your shoes and socks with you but Muhammad took our bags and put them in the van so we didn't have to carry them. You then get a disposable poncho and head to the walkway built around the Bridal Veil Falls. You can get a slight mist up to a drenching depending upon your courage to get up close and personal and feel the power of the Falls as they cascade down to you. After spending quite a bit of time at the Cave of the Winds we headed out and met Muhammad for a ride back to our hotel. He shared more insight about Niagara Falls and answered many more of our questions. He also gave us some good tips about viewing the Falls from the Canadian side. We thoroughly enjoyed this adventure with Muhammad and even though it costs more than the actual cost for the Maid of the Mist and Cave of the Winds entrance fees it was well worth it to be picked up at our hotel and taken to each venue; no waiting in lines and getting a personalized tour and narrative from a knowledgable guide. We would highly recommend See Sight Tours to experience Niagara Falls from the American side.

First off we had the personal tour guide who’s name was Elijah and I must say he was excellent. Very personable they pick you up in a Mini van and drive you to all your destinations. He was very knowledgeable of the area had great tips for each excursion that we were doing where to stand on the boat ect. As the helicopters were not flying that day made it easy to reschedule or get refund for that part. And as that part was canceled we decided to schedule another excursion and he went out of his way to not only take us to that one but he suggested it and it was fantastic. All and all great way to see Niagara Falls and Elijah really made the day.

Our guide Roberta was absolutely amazing!!! We had a great group of people and all the tours were awesome. Best part was not waiting in all the ticket lines!!! Would absolutely recommend this to everyone I know!!!

The tour guide was friendly; informative and seemed to genuinely care whether we had a good day or not. The small number of people on the tour was also another plus for us. We experienced the magnificence of the falls up close and enjoyed every minute. I would definitely recommend your company to anyone else travelling to Niagara; thank yiu

This was a combined guided tour of parts of Ottawa and Hull; Quebec; boat excursion and Parliament Hill light show. There were only 5 people on this tour - which worked out very nicely. Carwyn the tour guide most excellent - he was very knowledgeable - pleasant - even provided lawn chairs for the Light Show on Parliament Hill. We booked the tour in advance - unfortuantley the date we picked became unavailable. The company contacted us immediately and offerred alternatives - very accomodating which we really appreciated as this was a weekend to celebrate friendship and birthdays. Highly recommend this tour company - excellent value.

This was a great tour for our family of 4 (kids are 13 & 10). I liked that it was only us and another couple so a small group because you were able to get all your questions answered. It took you to the main attractions without having to plan this all independently. You had some of your own independent time at each attraction with time for bathroom stops and time to get something to drink or a bite to eat. Hassan was a great tour guide. He was very knowledgeable and personable.
