The trips to the falls but prepare to get wet even with the lovely coloured capes. The best (driest) place on the boat is at the back under the canopy.

This has to be the way to experience everything niagara has to offer. Pick up from own hotel in six seater with two other couples. Tour guided drive to each attraction and drop off back at hotel. Our helicopter ride was cancelled due to weather so we had to get a taxi to helipad later when flying started and queue for 40 mins;but it was so worth it. Only disappointment was buffet in sky tower. Plenty of food; but tower did not revolve as we expected. But don't let this put you off.

The tour was fantastic and Alexandra was much the best. I would not hesitate to use their services time and time again! Thank you for making this experience such a memorable one!

Took the Ultimate Tour led by our excellent guide Roberta. This is a small group (six) tour. Pick up by mini van at your hotel. We started with the Behind the Falls tour - good to get a feel of the power of the Falls through portholes behind the Falls. Then onto the Hornblower Boat Tour. This gets closer to the Falls than Maid in the Mist that comes from the US side as the boat is more powerful. Expect to get wet wherever you are on top - ponchos are provided. Especially at the front. After this the tour moved onto Skylon Tower for lunch with a view of the Falls. This is a buffet brunch come lunch. Make sure you go to the observation level one floor up for great views over both Falls. Finally the air portion with a 12 minute flight in a 6 guest helicopter over the Falls. All in all this tour covers all angles

This was a great trip. Well worth the money. Nick was a great guide; he gave us lots of local history and kept us informed on all the places we stopped at. I would recomend this tour.

Visiting Niagara Falls is a once in a lifetime adventure and no better way to see them than with this tour. We booked before leaving the UK after researching several tours. Although not the cheapest we liked the look of this one as there is a maximum of 6 on each tour. Picked up from the hotel; visited Skylon Tower; took a trip up towards the dam then back to experience behind the falls. All tickets ready for us; so no queuing. Then it was onto the Hornblower to get up close and personal with Horseshoe Falls....Incredible. Again no queuing for tickets..straight through. The final part of the tour takes you downstream to the Hydro plants; the whirlpool and where the falls originally started thousands of years ago. Alex was a superb guide and I would highly recommend this tour.

We only had a day to see all the sights in Niagara so we decided on this tour which cost about $110/person. We wanted a small intimate group (6 people) and they picked us up at our hotel. It was so nice to have our expert guide (Katelyn) drive us to each stop while showing us things along the way. We got to learn about the area and history while getting to the front of the line at each stop!! She gave us adequate time to enjoy each place and get our photos. She even squeezed in an extra stop at another person's request which was very thoughtful! Our stops were the tower over looking the falls; Journey behind the Falls; The Hornblower boat ride and the Whirlpool overlook (not the ride). I will warn you that although a guide takes you around; you are self guided when you reach your destination. I was surprised by that but everything was about enjoying the views. We would get dropped off and then she would return at the designated time to take us to our next stop. We waited a couple of times but that was because we finished earlier and she doesn't wait there the whole time. On our 3rd stop; we were surprised to see her delivering a different tour to the spot she was picking us up so we had to wait for her to walk them over and return before we could get back in the vehicle. This bothered a couple of the women since they had left their purses in the car and had not been told that would happen. Our guide said she moved their stuff out of sight of the new people but I know they would have preferred to have been told ahead of time. I was surprised by this but I wasn't as upset because I never leave valuables in a car. This is a great way to see a lot in a half-day experience. All your tickets are included and it saves a lot of time and money because you don't have to deal with parking. The van was comfortable and easy to view things as we drove by!

The guide Guy was helpful and effective moving the group around and gifting us with knowledge of the areas we visited. It is very comfortable as the vehicle drives you right to the different destinations along the itinerary and there is some spare time throughout the day to to check out the area walking. Recommended for piece of mind and great set up! It was a lovely tour; thank you Guy and best wishes to him and the lovely family I met on the tour! You're awesome :)

I was shocked on how beautiful the boat was and the view was something we will never see again our trip has been amazing

Meal was surprisingly good for this type of cruise and view during dinner was great. Our GUIDE was extremely knowledgable and personable. After the Boat ride which was incredible we were taken to the Illumination Tower to see how the Niagara Fall colors were managed and then each of us were able to set he colors backed by a certificate to show we did. In addition the group we toured with were very fun people. My only suggestion for improvement is that identifying the time and place for Hotel Pickup came very late despite several calls to ask for details and this caused some angst.
