IT WAS A WONDERFOUL TOUR WITH A NICE GUIDE

⭐️⭐️⭐️ (3/5) – Beautiful Destination & Good Value, But Guide Needs Improvement We booked the small group Peggy’s Cove Express tour and felt it was a good value for the transportation alone. The drive was quick and convenient, and Peggy’s Cove itself is stunning — definitely worth seeing. However, our experience with the driver/guide left much to be desired. He drove quite fast and often in the center of the road, which felt unsafe. There was also a strong body odor, which made the ride uncomfortable in a small vehicle. The guide shared several incorrect facts, such as claiming the Swissair crash was in the 1950s with survivors (it happened in 1998 with none), saying houses in the area cost $90K, and that a hotel in Peggy’s Cove charges $3,000/night. He also mentioned a local high school has 20,000 students — likely due to a language barrier, but it created confusion and made it hard to trust the information being shared. There was also too much political commentary for a sightseeing tour. Overall, the destination and transport were great, but the experience would have been much better with a more accurate and professional guide. See Sight Tours should invest in better training for their guides.

Where do I begin. This was supposed to be a tour for 6 people. They turned up in an old school bus with no air conditioning and said 20 people are now on the tour. Unfortunately they didn't pick up 6 people. After about 30 mins driving our tour guides gets a call that we need to go back to pick them up. After several of us kicked up a fuss, they kept on driving. Still don't know what happened to the 6 people There was no commentary from the guide because he was busy trying to sort out the 6 people left behind. We then left late. Dont use this unprofessional company!!!

I was a bit disappointed with this tour. I was expecting a tour bus, but instead an off duty cab showed up. The tour "guide" was relatively new to the area and could not tell us much about Halifax other than the scripted info he was obviously obligated to say. The driver had a thick accent, and it was hard to understand him. On the drive back the drivers body odor made for an unpleasant hour long car ride. I have been on many tours through viator, all have been amazing aside from this one.

Mustafa led us in a splendid tour, pointing out sites and the stories, background, and politics involved. I highly recommend him and the tour.

We thoroughly enjoyed our tour given by Stu Ducko today. Stu was very knowledgeable and extremely interesting. He was very friendly and answered all of our inquiries with a smile. It was delightful being the only 2 in his comfortable car and our day just flew by. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Halifax and coming off a cruise ship.

My sister and I were in San Antonio for a conference and took the evening tour to see some of the sights in San Antonio. Rene was our guide and I am certain there is no better guide than Rene! He was great!! He picked us up (we joined 4 other ladies) and made our evening a night to remember! First, we saw the city from up high through the Tower of America - which was timed right at sunset. It was beautiful! We went on a 30 minute boat cruise on the Riverwalk and saw the shops and river lit up and glowing for our evening cruise. We walked around the quaint Pearl District and heard about the history of the city and Pearl Brewery (including the story of the 3 Emmas!) We also checked out the Alamo and learned more interesting history. Rene is extremely knowledgeable about the area. He is passionate about the history of San Antonio and made if fun for us to learn. He was very kind and flexible! He answered all of our questions, taught us many things, and shared with us some great restaurant recommendations. He also took us by the evening light show in the city and we were able to watch that too. Rene managed 6 chatty ladies like a pro! We were grateful to have him as our guide! If you take a tour ask for Rene. You'll be glad you did!
