The tour was excellent in every way. Sam, our guide, did an excellent job of explaining the history of each venue and the food sample preparation. The samples were delicious! We recommend this tour as a good way to become acquainted with PEI cuisine.

The tour started a little sketchy. We were picked up on time by a driver who had our names, but five minutes into our ride we get a call from another driver asking why we are not at the meeting spot. Our driver explained that he was helping a friend and communicated very little, but got us to Peggy’s Cove. Halfway through our time at the Cove, he said we need to go back a half hour sooner than the time that he had said when he dropped us off. We sent him a picture of the excursion information and said we weren’t leaving until our time was up. Speaking with other people doing the tour with us we learned we paid $20 per person more than they did. Why?Evidently our driver.got a call after we called the reservation office, because he was much more talkative, stopped at several scenic spots and explained things to us on our trip back to the ship. Things worked out but need to be done more professionally.

If I could give a negative star ratio would. Guide was late, injured and in a wheel chair, left the tour/guests to go to a hotel to retrieve his wallet. The Cave of the Must was closed-no warning. We left on our own for 90% of the tour.

Our guide, Denis, was very friendly and informative. The canal cruise was interesting and very relaxing.

Had a great time on this trip. David was very well informed and adaptable when responding to our questions and time frames.

It’s an enjoyable and pleasant trip with Bill. Small group of 5, every spot is nice 😊 and what we expected. Good communication beforehand which makes you feel good and safe.

We were a group of 4. We are all very, very satisfied with the tour led by Stephanie. Everything went according to plan and without any delays. The impressions we got from all the excursions were worth every dollar! We are excited about the helicopter tour, it was spectacular! Lunch in the tower was delicious and the panoramic view of Niagara Falls was heavenly.

We thought the tour was wonderful. They start with the Skylon, then a walking tour and history of things in the area as you make your way down to the next stop, which was Tour Behind the Falls. Then we took the boat tour, which I jokingly said was like being on the Titanic! It’s was fun, you get wet, but you feel the strength of the water and falls… Amazing!

Wonderful! This was such a seamless way to view all the Niagara Falls areas without all the travel headaches. Great guide that picked us up at our hotel, had all the tickets already purchased and we walked right through all the lines and directly to each area that we were seeing. Also another plus is it is small group tours, we had only 6 in our group which makes everything so much quicker. Would recommend this company to everyone!!!!

What a great time! The downtown tour guide was the best and full of fun information! And the river cruise! We never laughed so hard! The boat guide was so funny. Had a great time and would suggest it to everyone!

This tour was great! Suzanne, our guide, was wonderful. Got us where we needed to go and was a wealth of knowledge on the Falls and its history! Loved all three parts of the tour! Highly recommend SeeSight (but would recommend booking through them and not Headout!)

Dylan was outstanding. He provided great history, was personable, and enthusiastic about his job. He also gave information for the group on places to eat and other sites to see in the city. He kept me informed on arrival for pickup and drop off. Seeing the San Jose mission was beneficial before the Alamo, we were able to have a visual of the Alamo of the past. It was a great tour. Thanks Dylan!
