Best tour ever. What a day will never forget it. The guide Sue Di was brilliant. Very knowledge and great fun. Would highly recommend.

Pro - Tour guide was friendly and informative. Cons - no response from see sight Tours on their email address. Helicopter flight was cancelled too early as our guide left us to have lunch saying the flight would not happen but as lunch finished the flights were up in the sky taking place. Refund provided for cancelled flight was not as much as it should be. If your tour takes place as it should I believe it will be very good, but my experience did not meet expectations as the company should have done better in the circumstances.

An incredible experience, seeing the falls from 3 uniquely different perspectives. Our tour guide Oscar was so friendly and informative, and having someone take the stress of driving and trying to park made the whole experience so much more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Great tour with everything you should see or do at Niagara Falls, Guide pretty young but well known and friendly

Unfortunately I would not recommend. Our tour guide really was not knowledgable and did not know the answers to the questions asked. He was also late arriving for the tour. We could have done a better job exploring ourselves

Was a great tour. Felt like we saw everything in the one tour. Our guide Abin was so knowledgeable and loved the pictures he took

Boat ride great, recommendation to stay at lower right side of boat spot on. You will get wet but experience of lower boat perspective in worth it. Walking part of tour may be too much for some (long), instruction for behind the falls should stress use of first or second tunnel view for anyone with claustrophobia.

My friend and I did not get to go on the tour. We booked with Viator and after starting our cruise, we could not bring up the tickets or any information regarding the tour so we missed it. We tried every way possible to bring up he information on my phone and absolutely could not get anything to come up. I think we should get a refund but it may have to come from Viator.

Tour operator was more interested in telling political opinions about American politicians than sharing about the city of Toronto. The tour consisted of dropping us off at multiple locations but little information about what we wanted to hear.

Our guide was very informative and had a great personality. The really enjoyed the 3 places we went. There was alot of walking.
