What an outstanding day we had. Sayeed was fantastic. I don’t know how he remembers all the information he imparts. The Maid of the Mist was breathtaking on so many levels. I feared it would be really cold with the wind but I didn’t get chilled at all. Thank you so much Staff was fantastic. We would recommend.

Had a wonderful tour. The locations toured were perfect and Dylan our tour guide kept it interesting. He was so knowledgeable and helpful. I feel like we learned so much about the city. He also had great recommendations for restaurants and various things to see and do around the city. We dined at two of the restaurants and were not disappointed. I would highly recommend this tour as a great to learn about the city. And if you're lucky, Dylan will be your tour guide.

Tour was excellent. My wife and I both really enjoyed it. Liked that it was a small group. Our guide, Jackson, was very knowledgeable and fun. Learned a lot of history about the falls.

Our private city tour with Tim was truly outstanding. From the very beginning, it felt like exploring Toronto with a good friend who genuinely loves his city and shares it with warmth, humor, and deep knowledge. Tim guided us through beautiful parts of Toronto — from the historic Old Town to the modern New Town — and made every stop feel special. He opened doors for us everywhere we went, both literally and figuratively. Thanks to him, we experienced Toronto from every angle: high up in the clouds on the CN Tower, out on the lake during a wonderful boat ride, and through charming neighborhoods full of character. The market visit was part of the regular program, but Tim made it feel personal by showing us exactly where to find the best lobster rolls we’ve ever had. What truly sets Tim apart is his remarkable ability to connect with all kind of people: we were me, my 12 year old son, and our lively Maltipoo puppy. Tim knew exactly how to engage each of us, making sure we all felt comfortable, included, and cared for. His attentiveness, kindness, and warm personality made the entire experience unforgettable. 12 out of 10 — we would book a tour with Tim again without hesitation. Absolutely recommended! We had the best experience ever! Heidi was our tour guide. She is so knowledgeable and has an A+ personality! We did the Maid of the Mist first, then Behind the Falls and wrapped it up with Skylon Tower. Heidi also gave us some restaurant tips and things to do outside of our tour. We went to Niagra on the Lake the next day. Quaint town with locally owned restaurants and shops. Beautiful 30 minute drive between Niagra and Niagra on the Lake. Thanks Heidi! Your the best!!

We had booked this tour to be picked up from a hotel between 2:00 p.m. and 2:15 p.m. There was no call and no show. I called the support line. I was told that they called me to advise that the driver was running late and that they would be there by 2:30 p.m. There was no missed all nor VM. At 2:30 p.m., there was no call and no show. I called back the support line. They told me the driver was still running late and should be there by 2:45 p.m. That time came and went - no call and no show. I called back around 3:00 p.m. They again claimed that they called (another lie). At the time, they said the driver was stuck in traffic, which is another bogus excuse. They asked us to reschedule. We also ride-shared to the hotel so we incurred additional expenses. I would never use this tour service. I have also filed a compliant with Viator.

Our tour guide, Tristan, was amazing! He was on-time picking us up, a safe driver, very knowledgeable of our selected sights as well as knowing San Antonio. He provided recommendations of places to eat and other places to go see. Highly recommend Tristan has your guide.
