Ashley was good. We had issues with oick up as we (5 of us) were there and ready to go, but she couldn't find the other 2 guests. Spent 30 minutes trying to locate. Probably wasn't her fault, but needed better communication. Tour itself was good. We would have liked to get back sooner, but the initial mix up prevented that.

There was absolutely no communication with Headout or See Sight prior to the tour. As instructed on the original booking, we were waiting in the lobby 15 minutes early. Once our time slot rolled around and still no sign of anyone, I called and had to leave a message (which the contact information was actually hidden on the Headout app). Finally a See Sight tour van pulled in and we asked if they were there for us. After checking our name, we were told no. I then asked them to inquire with their main office who would be picking us up and when. The guide called their main office and indeed we were on their reservationcrosswalk. That was settled we struggled to try to get the seats lifted to crawl in the back, the guide never got out of the van or offered to help. What concerns me is there were also there for another group. We had made the reservation a month ago. Had the other group not made their reservation, would they even had shown up? The only line we skipped was Behind the Falls. We were told we would have front row seats on the Hornblower - we didn't and paid for an upgrade before boarding. At one point the guide tried to have us jay-walk across a busy street with children instead of using crosswalks. They also didn't make our dinner reservation causing us to wait with alot of arguing and confusion. We parked a half mile away from the falls lighting station and had to walk - grateful we didn't bring our elderly parents even though the tour was suppose to be disable friendly. I'm not sure where the disconnect was but there need to better communication and overall service.

We really enjoyed our tour of Niagara Falls with Brian as our guide. He showed consideration for the group while we were walking by maintaining a manageable pace, pausing for people to catch up, and often raising his arm in the air so that we could see him if we fell behind. We certainly appreciated being able to skip the lines for tickets! Just a note that unless people sit down in the food court at the Falls, there is not an opportunity for sitting otherwise. Expect to be on your feet for the whole tour, including on the boat. If that amount of standing and walking will be uncomfortable, consider opting for a different tour.

Spectacular view of the falls and fireworks from the river at night. Highlight was being able to change the colors that illuminated the falls. Dinner at Queen Victoria restaurant was excellent along with the view.

Prafull was on-time, friendly, and knowledgeable. We appreciated that he texted the day before to confirm pick up time. He even went out of his way to confirm our evening tour even though he was not assigned to it. We enjoyed the tour, especially the very wet boat cruise to the Horseshoe Falls. It was thrilling! Appreciated the small group and jumping in line.

TK was an excellent guide! Very knowledgeable and friendly. We really enjoyed the dinner location and menu options. The boat portion was fantastic.

This tour is incredible and unforgettable! We took it as a family of four, departing from Toronto. We saw Niagara Falls from every angle: above, below, and by boat. This tour was a success thanks to our guide, Sonia, who was very kind, dedicated, and professional. We thank her again from the bottom of our hearts!

We absolutely loved the tour. June cares a lot about providing the best tour experience for her guests and you can tell!! So much history & so much beauty in all the stops. We appreciated the time she gave us to explore on our own in all the stops. Highly recommend.

Viator were the booking coordinator and they did a terrible job in explaining precisely the location & time of the tour start with conflicting information ( location in two different places some 10 mins walk apart ! And the time a half hour difference!! ) Seesight themselves ( when we did eventually meet the guide ) couldn’t have been more helpful , with the young man helping us as much as possible even offered a refund which we declined as we had travelled specifically to do the boat trip … With the total confusion by Viator on the duration and time we had no opportunity to avail of the 90% of the rest of the purchased package …. Extremely dissatisfied customers due solely to VIATOR and not Seesight …
