This was such an amazing experience! Vaishali knew a lot of interesting information and Niagara Falls, that I would have never known. She made this tour exciting, and kept it very organized!

I guess if you actually get the tour you booked and not just what was essentially a scary taxi ride from here to there, it may be good. We wouldn’t know. Our PRIVATE tour was a joke with a guide who had minimal knowledge of the area, other than the bars and burger joints, who drove recklessly, parked in tow away zones and rushed us through to minimal sites, then cut our 4 hour tour down to two hours. So what happened when I contacted customer support for assistance in making this right? Still waiting to see the $$$ after being told 6 weeks ago they would refund me 40% of the total price. Seriously, has customer service really declined to this level? Sad and disappointed tourist
