Vaishali was amazing as our tour guide! My niece and I were able to enjoy all of the best parts of Niagara Falls easily and efficiently via trip shepherd. Saved so much time not having to wait in lines and purchase tickets and figure all of that out. Vee was so knowledgeable with ALL things Niagara Falls! She continually showed us highlights of her speaking points on her phone with pictures. It was excellent. She accompanied us every step of the way and I high recommend this tour and Vee was AWESOME!!!

What a perfectly paced tour! Niagara Falls is truly amazing; however, our tour guide shared it's history and encouraged questions from our small group. I highly recommend Samara for any Dare Devil adventurer!

Twice now we have booked this tour twice it has been cancelled due to maintenance problems. Yes I understand these things happen, what's not acceptable is both times I booked I asked them to confirm the boat was working and was told by a person that if we can book it its running. My biggest problem is this company is in the US and has no direct phone number listed to call the operator of the tour to verify if it's up and running or not. they bill your card cancel and then make you wait up to a week before you get your money back. Until I can call the provider directly to check weather it's running or not I will never recommend or book this again.
