Our pickup was supposed to be between 1:30-2, we were picked up at 4. It was a 10 passenger van with 3 rows of 3, with the passenger seat in the front. The van was full when we were picked up so my husband had to sit on a row with 2 other people and I sat in the front. This was a 4 hour tour so my husband asked to cancel and be refunded. We were told we still had to pay $100 for late cancellation. I sent an email 5 days ago to try and discuss this situation but there has been no response. The transportation was misrepresented and had we known up front about the delays and the seating, we would have never booked in the first place.

We had an awesome day filled with lots of interesting information! Great stops many more than the maid of the mist and behind the falls! We enjoyed every minute of our 4 hours with Heidi! She gave us tips on best views and best ways to avoid heavy crowds.

We had a blast with Heidi today! We saw and visited many more places than just maid of the mist and behind the falls! We had a great day! Well worth the ticket price for this tour! We really enjoyed our day and will definitely book another tour trip with Heidi!

Evan’s knowledge of Halifax is as strong as his enthusiasm! I wish we had more time in this beautiful city. Our small group was concerned about getting back to our ship on time. It was a holiday weekend with lots of construction and traffic so it was challenging to see all that we wanted to see but Evan made it fun and we got back to the ship with time to spare. Peggy’s Cove was beautiful and we had the best lobster rolls at Joes.

Manish was a great tour guide. He was very efficient with time management, keeping us on track from one site to another without feeling rushed. He was also very knowledgeable in sharing a little bit of history as well as recommendations. Highly recommended.

Manish was fantastic! Very personable and full of knowledge. He optimized our tour of Niagara Falls and ensured we were on track to see the most as possible. We definitely recommend! The best way to see the all of the attractions. Money well spent. The helicopter ride is a must! Bravo!

Tour Guide and driver The tour was great and well worth it. However, Juliana was the best, i would recommend people ask for her. Her tips on how to get the best experience at each stop was great. She is the type of guide that makes a tour a memorable event. Thanks Juliana you are the best. Bruno

I Recommend 100% the tour and our tour guy Manish, he knowledgeable, an excellent human being, and pacient , I am handicap and he accommodate me to enjoy the tour .
