Had a wonderful morning, Evan did a great job tailoring the trip to our wishes, from the Citadel to Peggy's Cove and everything in between, he was knowledgeable and a great guide, from where to shop in Peggy's cove to where to get the best lobster roll. Highly recommend this tour.

I had a great trip with Nilah who was so accommodating and knowledgeable. The tour was beautiful and she was so helpful with all our requests. Peggy’s Cove is a beautiful place.

We booked the Peggy's Cover Small Group Tour and our tour guide was Nilah. We had a group of 6 and Nilah met and picked us up at the port terminal. Nilah was extremely knowledgeable about the History of Halifax and shared a lot of information all the way to our drive to Peggy's Cove. What also stood out was how charming Nilah was in delivering her facts and tidbits of information. If you are ever planning a visit to Halifax and/or Peggy's cover, I would recommend requesting a tour with Nilah.

I was on a cruise and was to be picked up at noon. Night before I received an email saying that the new pick up time will be between 12:30 and 1:00. At 12:55 I called to see where the tour guide is at and was told that he would be there within 10 minutes. I called at 1:10 and within 5 minutes I was told that the guide still had 7 more stops. As of 1:30 did not show up so I canceled because the ship was leaving at 6pm. I was told that they would speak to a manager about my details for a refund which I have yet to see so I disputed with my credit card.

Booked the tour. Twenty minutes after the pickup window still no tour bus. Called the number given for the tour provider - "wireless customer cannot be reached." Called the tour provider main number. They're running late, call again later if your provider doesn't show up. If you expect notifications about your problems, try another vendor.

We did the Best of Saint John Tour with Julianna. Unfortunately, it was her first day/tour and she was still learning the itinerary and didn't have a lot of commentary or knowledge to share about Saint John. We did see the reversing falls rapids and Martello Tower (which was under construction so we couldn't fully visit it), and ended up going to Fort Howe twice but unfortunately did not do the Walking Tour of City Market or visit the historical Fort La Tour as advertised. The only bright spot is that we ended up following another tour led by Russ and he took us to one of the parks that had nice views and also learned a lot more about Saint John through his commentary.

Julianna was our Guide, she was not at all interested in her job and did not know much about St. John (although she said it was her hometown). There were a couple of stops on the tour she completely missed. She told us many times that St. John was not very interesting (then why choose to be tour guide). She also drove very rashly and I did not feel very safe in the car with her.

Outstanding 3 1/2 hour bus and walking tour including the Citadel, Fairlawn Cemetery and the Public Gardens. The primary reason it was outstanding was that Evan was the best tour guide I’ve ever been with! Fun, educational, and worth every penny!
