The tour was terrific. Our tour guide was over the top awesome!! We were disappointed that the boat tour portion was changed because of the heavy ice still on the river, but we understood why!!

My family and I just experienced the ultimate Niagara Falls tour. The sights were so fun and our guide, Karan, was so knowledgeable - I’ve been to Niagara Falls so many times but learned so much more this trip. The highlight was the helicopter ride - the kids loved it. Felt informed and perfectly safe the whole time too.

Mark was an excellent tour guide. Friendly, knowledgeable, funny, and met the needs of our family. Made the entire experience fun and enjoyable. He was punctual at our meeting time and location. Arranged for an aquarium visit because Maid of the Mist was closed. Went out of his way to assure our happiness.

The tour was great. Siad was fantastic. He was informative, kept us on track and allowed for independent exploration at the different sites. There was a misprint, as we were expecting to go on the maid of the mist, and it was not running. Siad filled the time with the aquarium, which was a fun option for our family. Recommend!!

Our tour guides Nilah and Rowan were well informed and kept us interested all the way. Although it was off season and everything wasn't open we were still able to get some of the tourist experiences at Peggy's Cove and the Citadel. Would recommend to others

OUr guide Walker was very nice, and shared a lot of things, this was great. I was disappointed however, because details of the trip on get your guide site was not the same as we had. it was a trip in small group, but on the boat we were added to many other people, that was not the plan. Fortunately that guide was very good, so i have no regrets

Our tour guide was very nice ,very knowledgeable of the history of the area and he also gave us an excellent recommendations. Our night tour was amazing from dinner to illumination of the falls

Heidi was amazing and absolutely lovely. I have to state however that the agency (her management) should’ve offered a discount or some type of refund for the portion you do not use - I planned a 4 hour event and we were done in 3 hours and no boat due to ice which is 100% acceptable however then offer some monies back. Tour guide was amazing and did explain the boat was not operating and gave us option to cancel but honestly that was not an option after I drove 8 hours with my kids to then just cancel on them for the only day we would be in Niagara Falls. Again it was overpriced and I was expecting some type of reimbursement. This does not reflect on Heidi - she was wonderful and super knowledgeable.

We had a great experience with our tour...our guide was awesome...she did a fantastic job explaining the history of the falls and all of our tours...the helicopter ride over the falls was great !!!
