This was a great way to be introduced to San Antonio while visiting Austin. The tour guide Mike kept us informed as to the sites we were visiting. Walked us to the entry lines. It was a seamless day.

Fantastic trip! Our guide David was amazing he was knowledgeable and very accommodating. Not only did he take care of all our questions during our time with him he made himself available to us during our stay if we had any questions. All in all a fantastic time.

We had a fantastic time despite not being able go on the boat because of the ice, going behind the falls was amazing. Our guide Stephanie was very knowledgable about the area 😀

The tour only hit 1 of the spots advertised -- the other 3 spots were not on the list. The tacos were fine but we found better tacos on our own. It was supposed to be 3 taco places and ending at Voodoo doughnuts. Beatrice looked genuinely surprised when we mentioned being ready for dessert and weakly offered a vegan dessert places 2 walking miles away. We got the impression she was trying to maximize profits by offering cheapest or no options. The guide didn't seem familiar with Austin history because she didn't give any information about Austin throughout the tour. She did not engage w us very much. She was consumed w her phone gps most of the time (bc she admitted she didn't know the area) and interacted very little. When we asked about buildings or landmarks that we passed, her answer was often "I don't know." The tour was to include Rainey St where we were hoping to learn about the city and maybe music. We did not walk there. It wasn't noted in the tour but one leg of the trip between taco spots was over 2 miles -- which would be tough if you're not prepared. It was the strangest tour experience and definitely left us disappointed in the whole experience.

Had a great time. The guide was very informative, friendly & patient. My only negative is that I wish we had a bit more time at each site

We weren’t advised when booking this trip that due to the ice there would be no boat ride but instead we would get a tour of the aquarium instead. If we’d known that at time of booking would have explored other trips that would have been cheaper

Our guide Ehu (sp?) Was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure we had the best of our trip. The lunch was unexpectedly delicious and we enjoyed the entire day! Thank you!

Great tour! We enjoyed seeing Behind the Falls and loved the view of the Falls from Skylon tower. Our tour guide was pleasant and friendly. We would do another tour with this company again.
