The sites we visited were great. I would like to suggest that the guides spend the time talking about the history of the area and not themselves.

Do this tour -- you will not regret it, money well spent. We saw everything we wanted and our guide, Karan Singh, was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable about the area and made the tour fun for us all.

Tristán was awesome! We learned so much about San Antonio and enjoyed visiting Mission San Jose, the Alamo, Tower of Americas, and a river cruise. He shared a wealth of information and history with us, the tour moved at a perfect pace, and he shared restaurant recommendations, too. Highly recommend!!

Had the Best day! Rich guided us through a seemless tour. Never rushed but got us where we needed to be with no long wait times. He's a local so his knowledge of the area history is immense. He truly loves his city and now we do too! Thanks Rich Young for our best tour ever!

Keith arrived before the time I was to be picked up. He told us about what we were going to see. He asked if we had seen the comments about his previous tours and talked himself up. He seemed to rush us a bit, as he wanted to make sure we did not miss the boat trip. His driver was Antion, who did a good job of driving. We were advised that Antion was learning the job. He commented that Antion was driving his own car, and need a big car as he had I think five children. Keith also said he drove his own car. I thought as they were driving tourist around that they would have to have had their vehicles safety checked for carrying tourist. Also found Keith say a few crude/sexist comments during the tour. After dropping us off at the boat trip, he said goodbye. In the info about the trip it advised that we would be taken back to our hotels. Keith had no intention of taking us back. The boat trip staff were very friendly and made sure we enjoyed the trip, with no whales. I would be happy to do the boat trip again if i was ever in St John's. The boat trip was the best part of the tour

Our tour was incredible! Silas was extremely knowledgeable and gave us great tips for riding The Maid of the Mist and walking through the Cave of the Winds. My daughter and I had a great time and got wonderful photos and videos.

It was a great experience of Niagara Falls. We went behind the falls, below the falls and into the falls lol. We also viewed the Skylon tower which was nice. It was nice to have a driver because that would of been a lot of walking. We also got to skip lines as well. Our driver was informative and on time at every pickup location. He was helpful and accommodating to the kids and the walking disable lady who was with us. The only down part was the meeting point was not very clear so we got started late trying to find our guide. But they were responsive and communicated well and we were able to find each other.

Tristan did a great job on our tour! He showed us some of the best sights in downtown San Antonio and he told us stories that made it interesting and brought history to life. We had questions and he was able to answer the things we were curious about. He has a good sense of humor and was fun to hang out with. If you catch a chance to take this tour please do, and make sure to ask for Tristan.
