Great tour! Gabriel was very knowledgeable and also easy going. We also enjoyed the cruise down the canal. Ottawa is a cool city and this tour provides a nice overview.

It was our first tour in Canada. Niagara Falls exceeded our expectations, and we were very satisfied. Our kindergarten and elementary school children also had a great time. The guide and the other guests on the tour were very friendly, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Thank you very much.

The tour overall was well worth it. The guide was knowledgeable and welcoming. 4 stars is due to vehicle in need of repair/cleaning (side door of van not operational).

Great tour! Would do it again.

This was one of the worst tour I’ve been on. First they change the pickup point after signing up online and saying we’re in the pick zone. Then after picking us up we have to drive around the city picking up other people. After that we drive around the city some more showing us sites and no bathroom breaks. Then we get to the bat tour down by the water and they don’t have the big boat available for us and we get this little donut boat that only seats eight people, what a joke. I looked for a life jacket under my seat and nothing, not to safe. We asked if we could get closer to the bridge to get a better look and we felt like the tour guide wasn’t even listening. Plus the tour guide didn’t know much about Bats and that’s what the tour was all about. Not happy with the whole tour.

Nancy was wonderful.. she was very knowledgeable and made the tour very interesting. I highly recommend the tour!
