very nice tour and great experience

It was the Best!!! Mark was great friendly, and very knowledgeable.

We had a wonderful tour with Iresh and it was a highlight of our trip to Vancouver. We even got to see grizzly bears! You could tell Iresh enjoyed his job and that made it even more enjoyable for us. Great adventure!

Good walk and explanations. Thank you for the ‘owner and partner’ to keep me updated/ occupied while waiting for the new guide - she was late (my first time for a tour guide being late) due to the Austin Downtown marathon

Very interesting day out. Heather was extremely knowledgeable and fielded questions on history,architecture,sport to name a few. V well kept mini bus and exceptional driving in tricky roads. Well worth the money.

We booked the 119$ tour which included all the sites and stops. First to note, our tour guide showed up in sagging sweats, no company logo or anything, really could have been anyone who walked by. While his attire didn't bother us, his lack of respect for not being on his phone did. He did not seem to know much facts of the tour, rather guesstimate. If only he would do the tour on his own and read all the monument sign posts he may learn what we had by reading them rather than listening to him. The sites we gorgeous, and views were breath taking. But I would advise anyone to save their money and do the sites on your own which will save you a lot of lack of informational talk, and money as the attractions that were booked on our behalf were 1/3 of our costs at best. It says up to 6 hours, we were done in 4. And while it says dinner will be shared amongst group, there is no food included. We will not recommend or use again,but the good intent is there. Just not price worthy. 317$ for 2 adults and 1 children, for things that would have costs about 120$ on our own. Do your homework on the attractions you'd like to see, I thought I had, but I didn't know what inwas looking for in a quick booking.

We had Keith. Wish we had more time in mornings. Loved cape spear windy but not enough time. Saw whales feeding off shore. Apparently we are lucky. Needed more time for walking around. Bathrooms were not open there due to season. Signal hill was impressive. Quidi vidi, no time for walking around and did not see jelly bean row. However houses in St. John’s are all multi coloured. What saved this tour was the iceberg boat tour. Enjoyed this boat tour even if it was one degree. Dress warm with hats and mitts and fleeces. Unfortunately you messed up our billing with our second tour on boat in twillinggate. Caused some issues and had to spend night in twillingate. We paid get your guide for first tour and paid company directly for twillingate. Hopefully that got “squared away”. Driver was local and enjoyed what he had provided. However more time in areas is needed. Boat left at 1130 and we started after 9. I will rate what we did enjoy, however tour guide should be more reversed in his presentation.

Very poor communication, unprofessional and reprehensible behavior. I booked a month ahead and planned my activities around this nighttime harbor cruise. They cancelled my night harbor cruise at last minute leaving me no other alternatives. I will never use this company again.
