Our tour guide Heidi was amazing. Very knowledgeable of the falls and the area. She made the tour fun and interested. We toured both the Canadian side and the US side and everything was so easy thanks to Heidi.

Awesome experience the whole way through. Heidi our guide was fantastic. She was knowledgeable and kind. She gave the best tips on how to get the ultimate experience out of each attraction. Would do this again!

This is a great tour by Nilah, striking the perfect balance between history and scenic beauty. She is well informed and personable. The small group makes it a perfect way to spend an afternoon.

I wish I could give it less. Worst company ever. We(my siblings and I) had been confirmed for a group of 5. The driver contacted us at pickup time to let us know she had a Toyota Corolla seating only 4 passengers. I called company with no resolution-even to me suggesting two vehicles since we were promised a van seating 7. Nope. At least they did refund my full purchase amount; however, I will never recommend them and my travel agent says they have lost ALL of her business. Go to ANY tour company but here for a tour!

Heidi, was fantastic! We were a group of 5. She was very helpful! We had so many flight changes and they we were able to change the day at the last minute for us! We were able to see and do everything! I love less lines! She had so many tips to help everything along!! She was really fantastic!!

We had a great time on our tour. Our guide Saied was very friendly and knowledgeable about the history and was very accommodating.

Cheryl was an amazing tour guide, great energy and fun. But I think you could do all the stuff in this tour on your own and it would be alot cheaper.

This tour was great! It was easy to book online, and received a confirmation email, and they picked us up right from our hotel. Our hotel got changed last minute and I called the customer service number and arranged a pick-up from the different hotel no problem. They were on time and our tour guide was just amazing! He made it great, he was so knowledgeable, funny, and friendly. His service was great. He walked us into our different stops, made sure we had our tickets, and guided us to where we needed to be. It is a little pricy but you get what you pay for. Definitely worth it for the experience.

To mr this was worth it considering I didn't know anything about the falls. It include behind the scenes tours Skylon tower and the boat ride. And some different scenic spit stops. If your never been I would recommend fir first time and then you can sight see and go on your own.
