Great tour with Joe, our knowledgeable, friendly tour guide. Being in a small group was much better as we travelled together & got to know eachother. Would definitely recommend. Thanks for a really enjoyable experience!

The tour was great! David went above and beyond by also taking us to the Mission, which was a very cool and memorable experience. He took photos of us and was extremely knowledgeable about the history of everything we saw. Another highlight was the stop at a Mexican bakery for delicious, authentic sweet pastries and desserts. David also provided water and snacks for us along the way, which was very much appreciated. The boat tour was spectacular—the River Walk is absolutely breathtaking. The Alamo was alright, though it felt a bit odd to be visiting such a historic site right in the middle of downtown San Antonio. Our favorite parts of the day were definitely the Mission and the boat tour. All the extra stops were appreciated, and we truly feel that David gave us a wonderful and generous tour—far more than we expected. Thank you for an amazing day!

Hotel pickup was super convenient. Mercedes Van was comfortable and great A/C! Mike, our guide, was down to earth and friendly. He taught us about the local area as we drove around before boarding the boat closer to sunset. Only 6 of us in the group so boat was spacious and comfortable. Definitely recommend traveling with SeeSights because their boat has a cover overhead to prevent any bat guano from dropping on us! Casual, laid back evening with excellent views of the emerging bats!! Loved every minute. Highly recommend!!

In the last few years I have been around the world. I usually arrange for a guide. Martine is hands down the best guide I have had. She is passionate about her company and her clients. Her cheerful enthusiasm was contagious. Like a confident mother duck she kept us all in line and on time- not easy with our group. She gave us great hints for navigating the various activities. At the end of the tour she offered great ideas for the rest of our stay in Niagara Falls. We followed her suggestions and had experiences we would not have had otherwise. She kindly offered any help, and we actually did text her a couple of times with questions. She was unfailingly gracious. Martine is a real gem.

We enjoyed our guided walk around central Charlottetown with Koda and learnt much more than if we had explored on our own. We were able to follow up some of the places we saw whilst on the walk, eg, Beaconsfield House. We have some suggestions for improvement. Although we were in a small group of four, at times it was impossible to hear Koda because we had to walk in a single line in some areas and Koda did not always turn to face us when speaking. Koda admitted that she is still learning and an example was when she failed to mention Confederation whilst we were in that area near the wharf. A Canadian guest in the group talked about this which was very interesting for us as we are from Australia. Koda then said she is still learning. It would be best to stop walking at times and talk to the group whilst standing still. Koda has the makings of a good guide but needs more support from an experienced guide. It was pleasing to all four of us that Koda finished and walked away, not waiting to be tipped although we recalled her and we all tipped her. The process of booking this guided walk via Tripshepherd was very frustrating, no confirmation email at the time of booking, no response to our emails about this and finally got an answer after making a phone call from Australia. We would recommend booking directly with seesight tours.

Good tour but we could have done it a lot cheaper on our own.

This tour included several activities, including the boat ride, going down the caves, having lunch at the top of the, “space needle“, and especially the helicopter ride. This is probably the best tour we have ever been on. The guide, Nicola was an excellent representative for the company. He was articulate, funny, patient and full of extensive history. He made everything very fun. The absolute best part of this tour was the helicopter ride. I would strongly suggest that anyone wanting to view Niagara Falls, sign up for the helicopter ride. It is an experience not to forget.

Martine was FANTASTIC! She gave us an excellent tour and knows lots of history. We enjoyed having her as our tour guide.

We had a great experience with Mr. Alfredo. He knows lot about history of the city. He showed us all the landmark buildings.

It was a very educational experience, extraordinary and out of this world. Janes, the tour guide, was patient, took us to the most important places, and gave her extra time to make it a pleasant, unforgettable experience. Highly recommended, it is worth it, worth the money.
