Wonderful Experience with a Fantastic Guide! I recently took the Best of Niagara Falls Canada Small Group Tour, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. Our guide, Heidi, was absolutely outstanding—friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. She shared so much interesting background information throughout the tour, which really enriched the entire experience. Heidi was also very proactive in her communication before and during the tour, making everything seamless and stress-free. She was punctual, organized, and made sure everyone in the group was comfortable and having a good time. The tour itself was well-paced and covered all the highlights of Niagara Falls in a small, intimate group setting that felt personal and relaxed. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone looking to explore Niagara Falls with a knowledgeable and attentive guide. Thanks again, Heidi, for a memorable day!

The tour was very well arranged, giving enough time at each attraction so not to be rushed, but not hanging around either. Ryan our tour guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. We would definitely recommend this tour to others.

First class experience taking a tour with See Sight Tours/Trip Shepherd. Originally booked for 26th June but dropped them a line 2 days before asking to transfer to the day before due to inclement weather in the 26th. This was kindly done with no Issues. Collected on time on the day is a very clean Mercedes van. Daniel, our guide, was an absolute delight. He was not only extremely knowledgeable about the areas leading to and around Niagara Falls, but about the Falls themselves, the area surrounding the Falls and all the relevant history. Unfortunately I was unwell during the day and was unable to participate in some of the activities on the tour but Daniel was extremely kind and did his best to offer alternatives to make my day as enjoyable as possible. He was very understanding towards my feeling poorly and made me feel as comfortable as possible. What an asset to your company Daniel is! Hang on to him as long as possible! PS tried to give a 5 star review but the website only offered 4.5 as the top score!

We had an amazing tour with Ahmed! He was so knowledgeable and kind, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. It was just my son, husband and I on what ended up being a private tour! The van was very comfy and our guide told us many interesting stories about the area. We enjoyed the beauty, history and everything about this tour! Highly recommend!!

Joe was an excellent guide for our small group tour of Niagara Falls, Canada! He was so welcoming from the start, and very informative during our 4 hour tour. The tour included the top highlights that we wanted to see, and there were no hassles about parking or getting admission or waiting in lines- it was all taken care of, and we had a great afternoon!!

Ashton was our guide and he was friendly and knowledgeable. Great guide. We did the 3 events of the Tower, Tunnels, and Boat. The Tower was not very impressive for the long elevator wait. BUT the guide really was worth it to skip the long lines to get to the tunnels. And the boat: so cool and you get WET.

We loved the 3 parts of the tour we did get to do (especially the cruise into the mist of the Falls), Burhan, our guide was excellent and the group size (4) was perfect. We would have given a solid 5 stars but we were a tad disappointed that we had to share Burhan with another group - so he would deliver us to the head of each line and then dash off to manage another group. Our tour actually lasted more like 3- 3.5 hours than the advertised 4 hours plus we didn't get to do the narrated driving element around the town at the end (but it was fairly easy to negotiate a partial refund to reflect that)

Absolutely amazing. Our guide has a first hand experience and knowledge about everything. From the city to Peggy’s Cove, information and tips were greatly appreciated. Very polite locals, delicious food and quietness. There is a lot to say about our guide, the tour and the city but it will be too much to write. Overall A++ for one of Canada’s outstanding cities where people are just amazing, views that are breathtaking, historical sites and museums that make you appreciate Canada more and more. Enough said. Halifax and all the attractions are worth it.
