Important Information
Know Before You Book:
- Your guide will meet you directly at your hotel in downtown St. John’s to begin the tour.
- Pickup times will be finalized and shared via email or phone 1 to 3 days before your scheduled tour. If you're unable to access either, we ask that you be ready in your hotel lobby at least 30 minutes before the official start time.
- Name of the lead traveler, full names of all participants, and the pickup location are needed from all guests to complete the booking.
Know Before You Go:
- Tours are conducted in small groups (maximum 6 guests) for a more personalized experience
- Weather conditions can affect tour operations and may lead to cancellations
- While we often encounter whales and icebergs, sightings cannot be guaranteed during the boat cruise
