3.5/5
Hit great luck seeing whales from Cape Spear, the boat tour, and Signal Hill. Leo did a good job. We had a rough start because the main office forgot about us until will called after the pickup time. Leo was able to backtrack and pick us up later.

We had an amazing time with Keith our tour guide. This witty lad showed us all the Sounders of the St Johns area that make it so special. He had so many stories to go with the sights, some the truth, some local legends. Both were so entertaining. He went out of his way to make our tour special. He even made arrangements with a very colourful local to get us Screeched In. We are now proud Newfoundlanders😁. Our whale watching trip with Ice Quest was spectacular! We were amazed at the gentle giants and thrilled we got to take photos and videos of them. Loved that tour. This company does NOT disappoint!

Our 1st 2 hours touring St johns with Keith was excellent. The boat ride was very disappointing because they take us to see the icebergs which we could see in the distance nor did they take us to see the puffins. The boat ride was to all the places the car took us too. When we got back to the dock there was no one to pick us up even though in the contract it said pick up and drop of at hotel!! We had to phone head office. I phoned Keith and he came back to pick us up. We will not be recommending this tour to friends who are coming here this summer

3.5/5
We had Keith. Wish we had more time in mornings. Loved cape spear windy but not enough time. Saw whales feeding off shore. Apparently we are lucky. Needed more time for walking around. Bathrooms were not open there due to season. Signal hill was impressive. Quidi vidi, no time for walking around and did not see jelly bean row. However houses in St. John’s are all multi coloured. What saved this tour was the iceberg boat tour. Enjoyed this boat tour even if it was one degree. Dress warm with hats and mitts and fleeces. Unfortunately you messed up our billing with our second tour on boat in twillinggate. Caused some issues and had to spend night in twillingate. We paid get your guide for first tour and paid company directly for twillingate. Hopefully that got “squared away”. Driver was local and enjoyed what he had provided. However more time in areas is needed. Boat left at 1130 and we started after 9. I will rate what we did enjoy, however tour guide should be more reversed in his presentation.

We had Keith as our tour guide for the city drive and he was phenomenal, pointed out all the interesting things in St. John’s you don’t normally get to know from Google searches. He was funny, personable and made my friend and I feel completely at ease! If you want to do q quick, non strenuous city tour of St. John’s while in Newfoundland I Highly recommend this tour and Keith as your tour guide!
