Great tour, we had a very nice time. Only downfall was one guest who felt the need to shop at every stop, usually holding the tour up. Maybe ask people to shop afterwards.

Our guide was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, sharing fascinating insights about the city's history that truly enriched our visit. We explored many interesting locations, each with its own unique story. There are several places we plan to revisit to dive deeper into their history. I highly recommend this tour to anyone wanting to discover the charm and culture of Toronto.

I wanted to take a moment to write a review for an exceptional tour guide — Nikola Gajic. We booked the Ultimate Niagara Falls Tour with SeeSight Tours yesterday. Unfortunately, due to heavy traffic, we arrived about 30 minutes late — at 9:30 AM instead of the scheduled 9:00 AM. Nikola immediately reached out to me via text, reassured me not to stress, and let me know he had already made arrangements so that we wouldn’t miss our helicopter and boat experiences. His customer service was truly outstanding. He was polite, well-mannered, professional, and incredibly accommodating throughout the day. But the highlight — and a true reflection of his character — came after the tour. My daughter had accidentally left her sunglasses in Nikola’s vehicle. He personally reached out, offering to return them to us. At that point, we were already at the airport heading home to the U.S., but Nikola went above and beyond by going to FedEx on his day off and shipping the sunglasses back to us. That level of thoughtfulness and commitment to guest experience is rare. Thank you, Nikola, for making our Niagara Falls trip so memorable!
