We went on the 'Best of Niagara: Behind Falls & Boat Tour' which also included the Skyline Tower. Heidi was our guide who made the experience easy and stress free. In addition to the boat, tunnels and Skyline experiences, Heidi gave us a driving tour of the lesser known sights and was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I would not hesitate in recommending SeeSight Tours and of course our guide Heidi :)

Our tour guide was Sylvie and she was amazing. She communicated with us via text prior to her arrival to confirm the pickup. She arrived in a timely manner and escorted us into the vehicle. She communicated the Itinerary for the evening and answered all our questions. She was knowledgeable concerning geography of the passing communities and bodies of water. She shared historical information about Peggy’s cove and dropped us off once we arrived. The sunset was spectacular and the land and waterscape was mesmerizing. We ate at the large restaurant and would not recommend it to anyone. Sylvie drove very carefully as to make us comfortable. She shared information about the wharf, board walk and the Citadel. The views from the top of the Citadel were beautiful. I highly recommend this tour with Sylvie, the guide in my experience makes all the difference on guided tours.

The guy never showed up and when I called they said he just didn't go to work that day..... How long would we have waited had I not called??? They wanted to rebook, but we were only in town for the day...offered to refund our money but I'm not holding my breath. We wasted three plus hours sitting around in anticipation of this tour and then had to leave.
