Guide was one hour late picking us up at the hotel with no communication from the tour company. We called to tour company 3x. The first time was told that the guide should be there momentarily. The second two times I called I got a recording.

I was a little skeptical when my wife booked this; however; what a fantastic experience. First; our guide Carwyn was perfect. He was energetic and knowledgeable. Second; this is such a practical way to get around and see so very much. It is much easier to have someone drive you where you need to go and tell you a lot of interesting information that one cannot just get by a reading brief travel literature. The day cruise to the falls was awe inspiring. The Journey Behind the falls is nice. The best part is going out of the tunnels and seeing the falls. The behind the falls view is good but wow; being outside and so close. The trip to the whirlpool area was very pretty; and gave us the idea for our next day's hike. Dinner could have been better. Really; for whatever the restaurant charges; better food could have been served; and the service was not good. One of our tour companions had to ask for water. There was no bus boy/girl; and we were concerned about dirty dishes appearing to be set on a tray next to food about to be served. The fireworks cruise was great. The best part had to be the illumination. Wow. What a unique experience. We just loved this entire tour!!!!

Chris (tour guide) and the tour was fantastic and exceeded our expectations! But company needs to work on communications. They didn't return email or voice messages until 5 MIN before we were to be picked up and we could have missed out on the wonderfulness!

The guides were great - very helpful; patient and informative. Different guide on New York side and Canada side. Both let us stop and rest or take pictures whenever we'd like. New York side had a lot of walking. I would definitely do this tour again.

<p>This tour is a great way to see all the high points of Niagara Falls in a relatively short amount of time; and to find places you want to check out further. Mike was a great guide; and we had a wonderful time.</p>
