Viator were the booking coordinator and they did a terrible job in explaining precisely the location & time of the tour start with conflicting information ( location in two different places some 10 mins walk apart ! And the time a half hour difference!! ) Seesight themselves ( when we did eventually meet the guide ) couldn’t have been more helpful , with the young man helping us as much as possible even offered a refund which we declined as we had travelled specifically to do the boat trip … With the total confusion by Viator on the duration and time we had no opportunity to avail of the 90% of the rest of the purchased package …. Extremely dissatisfied customers due solely to VIATOR and not Seesight …

June was a super awesome guidel, very punctual, and was a great conversationalist, keeping us entertained about stories about Halifax the whole way through. She was even willing to accommodate letting the group stay for slightly longer than planned.

Kingsley was a fantastic tour guide, so knowledgeable about the falls, and we enjoyed every minute of our tour and appreciated how streamlined everything was. My only critique would be that we wish we had more time at each location because there was so much to see and do! And so many opportunities for great pictures. I would recommend to everyone that they do the Skylon tower, the journey behind the Falls and the boat ride at the bare minimum because all of these are a must do while visiting and will be about 3 1/2 hours of fun! We had a nice morning seeing the best of PEI. Much information was provided. We had plenty of time to look around as well. The stops were timed just right!

The advertising „No waiting, no queueing“ is wrong. We had to wait at „behind the falls“ twice (one Hour altogether).The boat was so full that we had to return again late in the afternoon (without Guide). No recommendation because USP was not fulfilled.

Great trip! Mateen was a friendly, informative guide. Plenty of time at each adventure!

We were late and they help us to change all our tickets and the guide pame was very nice !

The tour was great value for money. Visited all of the sights to see the best of the falls. Skipped the line on all attractions visited. Having the guide drive us to each and drop us really close was a real benefit as there was still a lot of walking to do and couldn’t have covered all in one day if walking between them.
