Vancouver Grouse Mountain Small Group Express + Skyride, Peak Chairlift, Lumberjacks & Wildlife Reserve

Tully was excellent guide. Did Grouse Mountain with most amazing views. Highly recommend if visiting Bancouver

I really enjoyed my Site See experience. It was very small group 3 in fact and Paul our driver was fabulous. He was very reassuring and going up in the gondola. He knew I was a little nervous so he just really supported me around that and then when we got to the top of Grouse Mountain he showed us where everything was and suggested the way we do things so we would see everything and we had a great time and he was very reliable and supportive and communicative and I’d recommend him highly.

Great experience with our guide Tully. He was knowledgeable and very helpful. My wife has a few mobility issues but Tully took it all in his stride and made her visit as easy to get around as possible.We really enjoyed his company and his knowledge of the area was great. Grouse Mountain was really grouse!

The trip itself was good and driver Paul was great which accounts for the full star I gave here. The handling of the pick up was a mess - coordination on pick up time, no information until it was too late - stood more than 30 mins waiting for the car, office seems to be in Toronto so they didn’t even take into account the time difference, no contact number in the email in case of any issues which led me to even ask the hotel to try help find a contact for them. Overall, the trip itself was OK, but I seriously think the coordination was a mess and there was little they did to address. The worst part is that I received multiple different “reasons” as to why there was a delay only to find out that all of those that Guest Services said were basically lies when I discovered the real reason for the mix-up. Find another service or maybe an Uber to Grouse Mountain will be better - at least the app tells you something and there’s someone you can talk to.

Was a great tour, didn't have much time in Vancouver so was a good example of what Vancouver had to offer. Our tour guide was on time, told us a lot of information about what we passed and what we were about to do. It was only the 2 of us on the tour so he also allowed time for a couple of extra quick things to stop at that we were going to be passing anyway which I was impressed with. The only negative was the fact that we were dropped at Grouse Mountain Gondola and he did advise what to see and what would be available and what he recommended but we went up in the gondola ourselves and had the next 2 hours or so on our own. This was ok but I felt that, although he would have to pay for the gondola ride too, which could be incorporated in the price of the tour, it would have been nice to have him come up to the top with us at least, then explain what we could do and then leave us to it. I also felt maybe an offer to take the odd photo of us at places would have been nice as sometimes it is better than a selfie of the 2 of us. However, despite these small things he was really nice and it was a lovely morning and we got to experience and see some great attractions that we wouldn't have seen otherwise.
