We lucked out and were the only ones on the 9am tour on a Thursday. Our guide; Daud; was on time; very professional; friendly; and knowledgeable. We made all stops listed and really enjoyed not having to walk our feet off (or fight traffic and pedestrians) to get to places. I thought the price was really reasonable to be escorted around and admitted to attractions for almost 5 hours. Daud was very flexible and even took our picture together a few times. (They were some of the best photos from our trip!) There was a question regarding the t-shirt sizes I requested (no ladies' sizes) so Daud actually dropped the shirts at the hotel for us when he came back for the afternoon tour. They were in our room with a very nice; personal note. If you want to see a lot in a short time and be catered to; I highly recommend booking this tour!!!

The tour took us to all the places listed but the tour guide's presentation could have been better. The regular tour bus needed repairs so we used a rental. The vehicle's interior space was crowded and difficult to exit and enter.

It was an amazing tour. We got to see everything we had planned for in short time. He was very flexible and accommodating to our needs during the tour.

When I made the reservations for the tour; I was told to be waiting in the lobby of the hotel at 10 till 9am. 9:05 came and I called the tour company and was told they were running a little late and should be here shortly. 9:10 and no tour bus. I called again and was told they were making one other pick up and would be here in about 10-15 minutes. They finally arrived at 9:30. I think in the future if they are going to be late; a call would be appreciated. After that everything was wonderful. Very unexpected private tour. Daud was our guide and was very personable; knowledgeable and informative about the area and its history. We booked the 5 hour tour; which was plenty for us and took us to the major sights. See Sight Private day tours are the way to go. Their pricing is very competitive if not better and I would highly recommend them if you're going to be in Niagara Falls Canada. Our guide; Daud; was awesome. He showed us everything we wanted to see and more. Being a local for over twenty years he was very inciteful and pointed out several things we had never heard of before. I Definitely recommend the tour.

We signed up for the helicopter tour which includes a driving tour of the Niagara area; a ride on the Maid of the Mist; a helicopter tour and lunch in the revolving restaurant in the Skylon Tower. Omer was our guide and was excellent; very knowledgeable and very accommodating as my wife was on crutches as a result of a severely pulled muscle. I would recommend this company to anyone.

It was a 5-hr sight seeing covering almost all the interesting place around Niagara Falls; ON - starting off revolving restaurant and finishing off to a restaurant for late aftrenoon lunch. The Guy from the tour company - Mr Daud was very professional; friendly; courteous and well informed about the locality. Daud made things really interesting as he told about the interesting history; reasons about the construction/events. We liked his new Dode SUV too .. ;)
