My wife and I were celebrating our 43rd wedding anniversary. I researched for a tour and found See Sight. We wanted a small; more relaxed tour. We were not disappointed. Our guide Tom was prompt in picking us up; and was very professional and informative. We toured with another family of four. Saw all the sights without a hitch; without the lines and parking hassles. The four hours turned into almost five as Tom wanted to make sure everyone was able to see and enjoy as long as they wanted. What a great way to experience Niagara Falls. Thanks to Tom and See Sight we had a great time. I don't think you can go wrong with this company. We would definitely use them again.

<p>The tour was a very well done. OUr guide was knowledgeable and personable and very very helpful in navigating us through; and circumventing; long lines. Showed us all the highlights of the area and gave us a good tip on where to stand on the Hornblower boat that travels into the falls. (stand on the lower deck on the right for the best view!!) It was very convenient with pick up and drop off at our hotel; and the small group size (5) was perfect. Also liked traveling in an SUV and not a bus of any kind. More intimate and you can see much more. In addition I had a few questions beforehand (what to wear; bring etc) and they were very helpful and pleasant by phone. I highly recommend this tour.</p>

A little about me - I am a Debbie Downer who always expects a tour like this to be average at best. BOY was I wrong. Our guide Guy was amazing!! Very knowledgeable. Extremely accommodating. Our tour included a Honeymooning Couple from Germany and a Couple from Alaska. The two other couples were very nice and my husband and I enjoyed their company. Guy went the extra mile and offered to pick my husband and I up after lunch since we asked to be dropped off quit a distance from our hotel. I wish I could give 6 stars!!

Tom's professionalism and ease of reference during our tour was very much appreciated. Since we were there on the Sunday of Labor Day weekend; the traffic was intense and patience was needed by all. We were able to complete the tower; behind the falls; Hornblower and a drive around the greater NF area in a van with only 10 total people including Tom. Our time was precisous and it was well spent with See Sight Tours. We only had an afternoon and were able to see all the main sights.

<p>the tour was great; our guide Steven was wonderful and interesting. The only question I have that I don't understand was why my son was not able to get a second pass to the tower.. We paid for that in the price but he was not give another ticket to go back up. So we had to break up the family which was not cool</p>

Our tour guide Tom was great. He had a last minute add to our tour; as another couples tour was cut short for some reason and he needed to get them the last part of their tour. It made for a little extra fun. After he took care of them; he got us well underway; and we loved the fact that we had a mix of history; a driving tour of the Niagara canyon and got to see all the great sights (behind the falls; horn lower cruise and skyline tower) without standing in a single line. It was fast paced; but not rushed at all. Thanks for a fun afternoon.

Great tour; saw all we could want to see of Niagara in four hours. It would take two days and lots of queues to do the same without seesight tours very glad we choose this group :)

<p>We had the best time; our tour guide was absolutely brilliant and full of heaps of info. The helicopter ride over Niagara just topped off the day brilliantly.</p>

Took a trip to upstate New York and decided to check off another bucket list item; Niagara Falls. Only wanted to stay one night; so my wife and I booked the Ultimate Tour with See Sight Tours. This is a very small company that is run by recent graduates from Brock University. My first thoughts were: this may be overpriced and I could do this on my own. I was wrong as we would have had to stay for at least one more night to see all that we did on this four hour tour. Like so many others have experienced; Guy was our guide. He is a funny (sometimes corny); knowledgeable; and very service oriented driver and tour guide. The van was an ordinary 6 to 7 passenger vehicle that picked us up right on time from our hotel. There were two other guests that joined us and we set off to see what you need to see in the area. We did not have to wait in line to buy tickets; got special admittance to the Observation Tower; the Hornblower cruise and Behind the Falls. Guy took us to several other scenic areas and answered all of our questions as best that he could. When the tour was over; we told him that we wanted to walk over to the U.S. side for a different view of the falls. He took us back to the hotel so that we could pick up the things that we needed and then dropped us off at the foot of the Rainbow Bridge. It was nice to experience such outstanding customer service. My concern is that this company will become so popular that they will not be able to continue to put the customer first. I guess they will just have to hire more young people like Guy.

So glad we took this tour rather than the two day pass with WEGO that our hotel recommended. We were able to do and see more in four hours than we would have with a two day pass on our own. We had seven in our group so we had our own tour. Our tour guide Tom was very polite and friendly as well as quite knowledgeable.
