This was a great way to see the falls! Our tour guide picked us up at our motel; then picked up two other couples at theirs. Along with the view from the tower; the journey behind the falls and the Hornblower boat trip; we also got a very informative tour of the city. Our guide was very friendly and helpful

Our tour covered all of the highlights of the Falls and surrounding areas. Very much enjoyed the personal feel to our small group tour. Our guide was very knowledgable of the area and offer tips along the way to make certain we got the most out of all the attractions.

My husband and I spent one day in Niagara Falls; Ontario and booked a tour with See Sights. Our tour guide; Steven; picked us up promptly at our hotel and we were joined by two other couples. We were able to see the falls from the Skylon Tower which provides a great arial view; from the river vantage point where the rapids head toward the cliffs of the horse shoe falls; behind and beside the falls; and down in the river on the Hornblower boat. The sights were great and we were able to enjoy them to their fullest because of this great tour. Steven was very professional; accomodating; light hearted; humorous; knowledgeable and all round pleasant. This tour is the best way to pack a lot of sight seeing into 5 hours. I cannot recommend this tour company enough.

<p>Just Do IT! We went on this five hour tour and it was informative; beautiful and downright fun. We felt we got a very comprehensive tour and Steve; the guide was witty and cute to boot. It was a highlight of our second honeymoon!</p>

<p>The tour was great but there was no time for lunch and we were starving by the end of the tour. The van should carry water bottles and small snacks as the tour in California did.</p>

Carwin was our assigned tour guide. He make sure that he pick up us from our hotel in the morning. He is just there when we came down Journey below the falls; the ferry ride; the tower lunch and the helicopter ride done within 5 hours. Carwin share his native food experience and many other details of the attractions with us

<p>Visited niagra falls July 2015. We had booked a Viator tour before our Trip via the internet. On arrival at our hotel we phoned to confirm our pick up arrangements. All details were perfect!<br/> Gui was fantastic; picked us up on time in a car seating 8 including himself There were 4 of us and another couple. Gui took us all around Niagra showing us the sights and then in turn to each of the attractions; The Hornblower Boat ride; Journey behind the falls and Lunch at the Skylon Tower. unfortunately it was a cloudy day and the helicopters were not flying We were escorted to the front of every queue .All in all a great day shame about the helicopter. Gui offered to pick us up the following day to take us to the Helicopter; unfortunately we were out of time. We received a refund on the helicopter ride the same day. I would definitely recommend this company; five star!</p>

This tour included everything we wanted to see in Niagara Falls. It was efficient; informative; and convenient. Our guide; Steven; was helpful and entertaining as he moved us from sight to sight. There were seven of us on the trip -- a full van. We all loved the trip. Thanks!

We visited Niagara Falls Ontario for the first time in July 2015. We went on two tours while there with Greyline Tours. We can't say enough good things about Amanda and Kat; The two bus drivers that took us out on our tours. These two women took the time to make sure that everyone had a great time and they did. They were very well informed and polite; We are very grateful for their professional attitude and concern for our vacation. The trip consisted of walking behind the falls; Riding up to the falls in a boat; Walking up to the falls at the top on the United States side and the Canadian side; Both were beautiful. Everything was provided for our comfort; Sandals which you need to wear due to getting wet; (Just a little bit) :-) Ponchos are given to you before you get close to the water. While riding in the bus to get to destinations on the tours; The driver gives information and history about the Falls. Amanda and Kat thrived during this time and made it very interesting for us. Both tours lasted about 4 to 5 hours; But the day went so fast; We didn't get bored at all. The best advice we can give is; bring a camera. The sights are something you may never see again. Both tours allowed for time to shop and eat. Thank you Greyline for having people like Amanda and Kat.
