This tour is the best tour to do in Niagara. Our tour guide Carwyn was absolutely fabulous!! He was funny; knowledgeable and just a great guy. The tour takes you to all of the great spots and you really get to feel the true power of the falls. We also got to learn a lot of the history of the falls and Carwyn told us about which great restaurants to go to and the good night spots as well.

<p>You should make sure that people are aware that small group of 6 means you are riding in a passenger van and are dropped off at sights and left while your driver goes and picks up another group and delivers them to their destination. Expensive tour for sitting around and waiting for your driver to come back.</p>

<p>Definitely a must if you want to tour the falls. Our tour was a small group of 6 so we did everything together. No lines ever and we really enjoyed the lunch and helicopter ride. It was awesome and a once in a lifetime experience.</p>

My husband and I did this tour just this morning and had a super great time! Great tour for first timers just like us. Out tour guide was awesome; Steven I believe his name was. I think the thing I like most is that we didn't have to wait on long lines and the guide had our tickets ready at every event. Also had door to door service from hotel to the very front of each site. Good stuff!

This was really a great tour. Unlike most tours; there was a nice personal touch because there were just 6 of us in the tour. We were driven to each tour site by the tour guide and we learned along the way. I am sure we saw things we would never discovered on our own.

Although this is a small company; the service was very good. Our guide (Guy) lacked nothing in knowledge of the area or history. He is very personable and friendly. He gave us plenty of time to see all we wanted and answered all questions he could. The questions he couldn't answer; he found someone who did. I will definatly use this company again.

We went on a five hour tour; starting at 3 pm around Niagara Falls; Ontario with two other ladies and our sensational guide; Guy. Guy was personable; relaxed; and informative. He joined in on our bad jokes; too! Interesting tour; lots of information on the area; both past and present. Tour drives a van; probably important to note if you are a large person or have trouble getting in or out. We stopped at several places along the way to go up the Skylon Tower; on the Hornblower boat; and to go behind the Falls. Guy was always on time and smiling. Lots of opportunities to shop and he gave recommendations for dinner; too. We took the late tour to let us see the fireworks and the Falls lit up at night.

<p>Tour company was flexible to adjust for a scheduling conflict we had. Guide was informative and personable. The right amount of time and number of sites to be experienced.</p>

<p>This was awesome!! We had such a good time learning about the city and experiencing the falls from the top;middle and bottom. Our tour guide was great and we learned about the history of area. Fun for the whole family ages 4; 9; and up... Great fun; great experience; will recommend to friends.</p>
