<p>We really enjoyed our tour and our guide was Daud; he was great; very knowledgeable; especially since he grew up in Niagara! It was so personable; there were only 6 of us on the tour; got to meet some really interesting; nice people! The best part of the tour; no line ups! I personally think this is the only way to go; thanks Viator and the local tour company everything was super!</p>

<p>Really enjoyed the personality of our guide; Steve. He was respectful of our questions AND a good driver in all that crazy traffic!</p>

<p>Our tour was great. Our tour guide was waiting for us when we arrived down in hotel lobby! Aquiissp? was very knowledgeable about the falls and area and gave us great information. Only thing we might suggest is the tour do the boat ride at very end; as we got soaked on the boat and then had to go to whirlpool and skylon tower all wet. This was a bit chilly; other that the sequence of events; no other recommendations! Thanks</p>

<p>Awesome! It was a great experience to be taken about in such a small group. My husband and I truly enjoyed our guide and our fellow travelers. Our trip to Niagara Falls was so much more enjoyable because of our small tour.</p>

<p>It was a most complete trip and especially nice getting to the front of the lines and not having to wait. our guide; John was wonderful and made the day a success!</p>

<p>This tour was great and covered all the different areas that you can view the Falls. Our guide John was nice but he didnt really have to do much - it was a small group of 6 and he just dropped us off at the different attractions; gave us the tickets then picked us up afterwards.</p>

<p>HORRIBLE. Our guide was useless. All he did was trash the United States and everyone on the tour was from the USA. He gave us limited information about our visit and basically just dropped us off and let us fend for ourselves at all of the different locations. When he dropped us off for our boat tour of the falls; he said he would pick us up at 1:10. At 1:45; we finally left and found our own way back to our car.</p>

<p>A bit disappointed. This tour lasted just over 4 hrs 4hr10mins not 5 hours as stated. We also chose this tour as it stated it is limited to 6 people. There was actually 7 people plus the guide on our tour; so it was a little too squishy. There was 5 in our group a mother and daughter. Aside from all that; it was a convenient way to tour Niagara as we didn't drive and we obviously should have researched for better value options. At a cost of AU137.98 per person; almost AU700 for our group it was a very expensive option. Maybe if I were advising a friend; I would suggest hiring a car for the day and do it yourself as the entry fee to the places on the tour add up to about AU60 per person; so we paid about AU80 per person for convenience of a driver and vehicle.</p>

<p>The three tours are great; I cannot fault them at all. The meal however was not. It's just mass produced food and you feel rushed. Also your sat with strangers which was uncomfortable</p>

<p>Our tour guide John was wonderful and made the tour so much better. The views are amazing; the helicopter was smooth and exciting. Thank you John; you enhanced our vacation with your knowledge and personality.</p>

<p>Breath taking excitement to see the falls so up close and personal. I would definitely do it again.</p>
