<p>Did what it said on the tin . Steve the tour guide was great</p>

Our tour guide was Stephen. He was well-spoken; funny; timely; and seemed to be well-liked by staff at nearly every attraction. Besides Stephen; this tour has several big things to offer. Small group so you quickly and easily move about leaving more time for seeing the Falls. And no waiting in lines. Loved that part. Highly recommend them. P.S. Our hometown team; Kansas City Royals; had just beat the Toronto Blue Jays in the American League Championship Series. We had a lot of fun kidding around with Stephen about that and other U.S./Canada topics.

This was a great way to do all the touristy stuff around the Falls. Our guide Carwyn (sorry if spelled wrong!) was great! On time and very knowledgeable about everything there is to know and kept us laughing! Loved being picked up and dropped off at our hotel and not having to worry about a thing; would definitely use them again!

<p>On our day tour there was only My husband and I and another couple.<br/> Our tour guide was very friendly and helpful.<br/> The journey behind the falls was great to see the power of the falls.<br/> The cruise was fun; but expect to get drenched!<br/> The lunch was good and the views incredible.<br/> The helicopter was disappointing. Our group of 4 were jammed into the rear seat and 1 smallish young woman was given the front 2 seats to herself. My husband and I were in the middle back seats and it was hard to get clear views. Impossible to get any decent photo shots. If there are only 5 passengers it would be considerate of the operator to fill the front seat first! I would not recommend this helicopter ride to anyone.<br/> I would suggest that seeing you will be wet after the cruise; it may be more appropriate to have the cruise last; so guests are not in wet clothes the remainder of the day.</p>

<p>Our Tour Guide was John. He was very knowledgeable; personable and courteous. We had a wonderful time learning about the Falls and surrounding area. It was really an all inclusive tour which highlighted the most spectacular sights in the area. For me; the very best part was being able to personally light up Niagara Falls. What a personal awesome thing to say you did that. I highly; highly recommend this tour. You will not be disappointed.</p>

<p>Viator proved to be a 5 star if I could experience from the time I booked the tour to the end of our tour. When I booked my tour I spoke with Jennifer T and she went above and BEYOND to try and fulfill my request for a particular tour guide Steven that I noticed was named in many of the 5 star reviews. Steven then personally called me and said he would do his best to fulfill my request. The day of our tour Steven IS indeed the one that showed up and was on time at our Hotel. He picked us up in a mini van with a big Smile although filling under the weather. He was so friendly; kind and very informative to all in our group. There were 3 of us in our group from San Diego Ca. and we picked 3 others up at another location also from California. At each attraction on our tour Steven lead the way and did not leave us not knowing what to do. Actually my group of 3 made a mistake and did not pay attention as to when we were to meet back at the agreed location and we made Steven and the rest of the tour group run a little late and He and the group were STILL very friendly and did not SHOW they were upset with us. Steven was always very curious to us. I am so glad I booked with Viator and Steven!! All 6 us us in our tour had a Great time. Out of 6 in our tour group 5 had never been to Niagara Falls! And Steven you helped so that our trip will be One we will always remember!! If you have any reservations at all whether to book or not Give them a call and speak to them personally; they will make you feel at ease. Thank you Steven and Viator</p>

<p>This was an amazing tour. Carwin was our guide and he was very knowledgeable; punctual; funny; courteous and pleasant. The sites he took us to were places we would have never otherwise seen if we had tried to tour Niagara Falls on our own. We are so thankful we booked this tour and it is definitely worth every penny!!</p>

<p>This tour was well worth the money! Excellent tour guide that was very knowledgeable about the history of the area all four of us were very impressed! We recommend this tour for anyone wishing to see the main sights of Niagara Falls. It was so nice not to have to worry about parking at the different sites. Thank you so much!</p>

The tour guide Cowen was very informative. You don't have to stand in lines to get tickets. It hit the major spots that were must sees like Skylon Tower; Under the Falls Park; and the Hornblower. Went to places I would not have thought to visit. The guide came inside of the hotel to pick you up and returned you to the door. The guide made great Resturant recommendations. The price matches the region where everything is expensive. Worth doing to get the lay of the land and find return spots for the next day.
