We had a private tour with Stephen as our guide and it was absolutely perfect. Our guide was very knowledgable and polite. He was also great with our young kids; pitched his information at their level and patiently answered their many questions. If it fits into your budget this is the best way to tour Niagara Falls. You get a great service; see everything you need to see; skip all the lines and waiting times at the major attractions and have a relaxing time exploring this wonderful place. Thanks again to Stephen for making our day so wonderful.

The tour was great our tour guide who's name i am pretty sure was George was amazing we had the last tour he did that day and forever and it was funny and interesting. He was very polite and opened the doors for us etc and when we went to pass the Niagara Falls sea park place (cant remember what its called) he sung the theme tune over and over again to us which was entertaining throughout the day we got took to the behind the falls attraction; The Maid Of The Mist boat tours or now known as the 'Hornblower'. We also went on a helicopter tour and to finish off the tour the tower by the falls in the revolving dining room which was fab with great views. Also on the tour he told us the true story of a boat he showed us that didn't think the Niagara Current would be so strong and how they stopped the boat by opening doors and putting bricks out from their carry to weigh themselves down and once that had worked they got out and swam and here's where our guide said; They were in the middle and had to decide where to swim the USA or Canada and they picked Canada as we have the great free healthcare! He was great and so was the tour! I highly recommend booking if you want a great experience!!!

<p>Nice and easy. Pick up was on time. Driver friendly; informative; helpful and always was where he told us he would be!. He greased the wheels and made it a very nice day.</p>

<p>Me and my family had a great time. We did not get the chance to go to the boat; but they replaced with others attractions. The tour guy was so nice and professional. We do recommend!</p>

We were picked up by Caerwyn on-time. We were the only customers (2)on that day so we had a personal tour and his undivided attention and as much time as we wanted at each stop. Because of the time of year some of the places were not accessible or operating (cable car over the whirlpool and white water path) which we might otherwise have had the opportunity to take advantage of (we did visit these areas as per the tour and entry was not included so we did not miss out).Caewyn was very friendly; knowledgeable and had a good rapport with the attractions so there was no hanging about. As our hotel was so close to the final stop (Hornblower) we walked back and it allowed him to have an early finish to his day.

<p>We had a great tour! Our tour guide was knowledgeable and funny. He offered facts about the falls but also about the area. He offered local facts as we traveled between sights and gave offered insights into getting the best views. Highly recommend the tour and the group handling the tours.</p>

<p>The tour was fabulous! There were only us and 1 other couple so it was very intimate and very personalized. The tour guide was super knowledgeable and gave us a very keen insight on behind the falls and even where to stand on the Hornblower! It was superb!</p>

<p>Our driver/guide was excellent and we returned home knowing so much more than I ever expected. This tour was definitely a big 10.</p>

Our guide Gui (not sure about spelling) really pleasant and very knowledgeable! $97 USD/pp well spent!! Small group (just 4 of us that day) in comfortable mini-van. No piling off the bus with 20 or 30 other people. Included Journey Behind the Falls (very interesting and fun); Boat Trip up to the falls; and Skylon tickets; and various areas of interest in between. Got the info from friend who had done the tour with this company a few weeks before and highly recommended them. My recommendation as well!!;

<p>Small group 6 of us in a van we were picked up and dropped off at our B and B knowledgeable; flexible; guide. Our guide; watching the weather; altered the planned order of the tour; taking us to the Helicopter early; because the flights would likely be grounded later in the day. The luncheon was quite good. The whole experience was well worth the money.</p>

Had the opportunity to take my extended family to Niagara Falls tour. Was here during the winter time. In terms of scenery; the winter with the snow frozen on the surface of the falls and the trees are breath taking. The autumn tour offer different experience. There are more activities available and more retailers were open. Certainly it's easier to walk around without the bitter cold weather. The Hornblower boat tour getting close to the mighty force of the falls is certainly not to be miss. If you are driving on your own vehicles; you have more time to spend at Niagara on the Lake town. Very charming little town that offer unique experience . Like in a movie set in the 60's. If coincide with the Stratford festival; you might be able to take in a play too.
