<p>I loved my tour. Our guide was great too. It is a great overview of the city. It's nice to be able to not stand in lines at the venues as well. The guide hands you your ticket and you skip the lines. All the venues we visited were great too! Everyone should book one of these the first day of your trip so you can get an overview of the area. Great fun!! :</p>

Captain John has a wealth of information about the canal; river; locks and lake. His knowledge of history; geology; and engineering made the two hour trip enjoyable and edifying.

Our guide; John; was very prompt picking us up from our hotels I downtown Toronto to ensure that we got on the road before it was really busy. He was very knowledgeable about Toronto and the whole area en route to Niagara Falls. We visited the Skylin tower with its amazing views first before it got busy. We had an informative driving tour of the area and any questions that we had were answered. The Journey behind the Falls was incredible - the noise and force of the water are indescribable. The Hornblower trip - again; an incredible experience that has to absolutely be experienced. A well-paced tour with enough time to explore on our own! A day that will stay with me for a long time for all of the right reasons!

Our family of four; including our grown sons; really enjoyed this tour. We were picked up at our hotel by Chris; who was an enthusiastic and courteous guide. He shared the history of and facts about the falls as he drove us to each stop; and he answered any questions we had (there were six in our group all together). Our time in Niagra Falls was limited; so the Ultimate Niagra Falls Tour was perfect for us. All the highlights were packed into the tour; yet we never felt rushed. Great experience and great memories.

We had a great time on our trip. It showed us the falls from every perspective. Our tour guide Liz was top notch and very informative. Food and view from Skylon tower both memorable.

I can't say enough about Viator and our amazingly entertaining tour guide; John! This was a delightful small-group experience that accommodated EVERYONE on the tour and provided doorstep-to-doorstep service! The pacing of the itinerary was perfect and allowed for plenty of time at each stop. Our tour guide was keenly familiar with the ins and outs of the area; including when to arrive at each location so that the lines were minimized (it was magical!). Our guide personalized his interaction with us; was extraordinarily personable and made everyone comfortable and everything convenient! My 72-year old mother said that she would continue traveling if tours could be like this one. This was worth every penny -- we were very impressed and hope this is a new trend in tours!

Our guide was very knowledgeable and adapted his presentation to the level of interest and experience to the people on the tour. We have been to Niagara Falls several times but saw and learned new things thanks to our guide. Highly recommend.

Perfect tour for me and my husband. Our guide John was very knowledgeable and kind and made us feel very relaxed and comfortable. I loved the way everything was timed so perfect and we didn't have to wait in lines so very long.
