<p>Got the highlights of the Falls. The Tower; the boat; and walking by the falls. In addition to a short driving tour in which the tour guide was very knowledgeable. I can see why this is the 1 tour of the Falls according to trip advisory.</p>

<p>The tour was great! The tour guide was very knowledgable and showed us things we would not have thought to look twice at otherwise. There was never a dull moment and going with a tour was much easier than trying to plan things out and find our way around on our own. I would definitely recommend this!</p>

First I want everyone to know I generally don't write reviews because I not very good with words but I wanted to let the entire world to know how wonderful this company and its employees are. Here goes; I started planning my vacation a couple of months ago and became so over whelmed with the amount of choices when it came to picking the perfect hotel and tours company. I decided to look at tripadvisor to see what others recommended. I knew I wanted a small group to do a tour with I found that in See Sight. I call and spoke to and young lady names Kirsty ( sorry if I mispelled her name) she was very helpful and prolite she handled everything for me. Now on to the tours: First we took the Ultimate tour of Niagara falls our guide's name was Mike and he was very knowledgeable about everything. He picked us up on time and we had a great day seeing the falls and then he returned us back to our hotel no problems. Very happy day. The second tour was to Toronto; CA we were picked up at out hotel and driven to Toronto from Niagara Falls because we were nervous about driving to Toronto ourselves ( there was a small fee for this but it was well worth it). Our tour guides name was Steven. He was GREAT and went over and beyond his job to help us. (You see the day before my husband had broke his glasses and during the tour Steven after dropping us off at one of our events he went to a local store and purchased some crazy glue to fix them and he never asked for any money to do this he just did this because he was a very nice guy.) After the day was over he drove us back to Niagara Falls. I loved to all the things we were able to see in a short period of time. I enjoyed the tours ALOT. Now I want everyone to know about this experience because the service did not stop there you see I accidentally forgot my coat in Steven's van during the tour I called but the van in which I left it in was in Toronto and I was leaving to come home. I called and talked Kirsty at the office and she not only found the coat but she mailed it to me. I call that going above and beyond. I want anyone who is doing research to book a tour in Niagara Falls or Toronto; Canada to know HOW GREAT THIS TOUR COMPANY IS!!!!!!!!!.

<p>Our tour guides were great! They tried their best to show us a great time and we enjoyed everything we saw and did everything the tour promised. The only problem we encountered was in the booking I told the agent we were staying at the Hampton Inn in Niagara Falls NY and gave her our address she said no problem and they would pick us up there at 9 am and in fact there was 6 other people on the tour with us. Well; 9 am came and went no tour van or no other 6 people; come to find out they do not pick up on the American side of the falls. I had even called to confirm and she said yes we were set. But when I called they arranged to get us on the 3pm tour if we could get to the Canadian side for pick up which we did. This should have been noticed when I gave her our hotel address. But it wasn't the fault of the tour guides and the tour was everything it promised. We would take a Viator tour again in another place for sure.</p>

<p>Fabulous tour!! What can be better than being picked up in a nice Van and taken to each tour. We got right in without the lines! That would have been worth the cost right there!! Our guide Guy; was funny and made the tour a blast. We just had four in our tour so we really felt like it was private. Loved it all!!!</p>

<p>Our tour was awesome. Prompt pickup at our hotel. Jon was our guide and did a wonderful job providing information about both the falls and the surrounding area. He was friendly and engaged the entire group. Very nice that it's such a small group of 6 and going to the front of all lines was a big plus! It was not our first trip to Niagara Falls; but it was our most enjoyable.</p>

<p>Great tour that includes the Journey Behind the Falls which was awesome. Tour guide; Chris; provided a great overview of the area history and made the tour a lot of fun!</p>

Really great tour. They have high attention to details you feel like the only person to be guided in this tour. Friendly staff.
