SeeSight is a great tour operation. We had driven to Niagara Falls from The States; so once we were parked at the hotel; we didn’t want to drive out again and stop at each venue sight. As promised; the tour was limited to 7 guests in a mini-van. We were met by Carwyn in our hotel lobby; and with previous reviews; he was energetic; engaging with our small group and knowledgable. Our foursome traveling together selected the highlights package which included “Beneath the Falls”; followed by the Hornblower boat cruise. Which cruises right past the American Falls and up against the Canadian falls. The third stop was the Skylon Tower; where you take a glass elevator ride to the Observation Level for the 360 degree views. Complimentary ponchos are provided at two stops; as you prepare to get wet; all in fun of the adventure! The tour duration for us lasted between 9:00am to 2:00pm. The best part; we felt like VIP’s; as we avoided standing in any lines with escorts; guiding us thru private entrances; elevators; and corridors. This is a good company to book!

<p>I highly recommend this trip! Our tour guide; Chris; was right on time picking us up; and he was very friendly and informative. He gave us lots of great history and fun facts about the falls and the area. We really enjoyed his enthusiasm! This tour hits on the major sites in the area; and we had a blast. We had our boys; 11 and 12; with us they loved the boat especially. Be prepared to get wet!!!</p>

Even though was a super busy holiday weekend we got wonderful service. Very little wait at any of the stops. Guy went out of his way to help make sure my 82 y/o mom was taken care of along with the rest of us. Guy was funny and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend!

<p>Very enjoyable. Picked up at hotel so didn't have to worry about parking about in Niagara. All tickets were in hand so that saved us considerable time in line. The boat; the under the falls; the skylon; all were excellent parts of a Niagara experience. Definitely worth the small extra cost over the ticket costs.</p>
