Besties on Tour — Rules & Conditions

1. Eligibility

The Besties on Tour campaign (the "Campaign") is open to legal residents of Canada and the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of See Sight Tours Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) are not eligible to participate.

Participants must have a valid, publicly accessible social media account on Instagram or TikTok to be eligible for prizes. Private accounts will not be considered for weekly or monthly prize draws. See Sight Tours reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time.

2. How to Enter

To enter the Campaign, participants must:

1. Book and complete a See Sight Tours group tour (minimum group size: 4 persons) at any participating destination during the Campaign period.
2. Post at least one photo or video from the tour on Instagram or TikTok within 7 days of completing the tour.
3. Include the hashtag #SeeSightTours and tag @seesighttours in the post caption or content.
4. Ensure your account is set to public for the duration of the submission review period (minimum 30 days after posting).

There is no limit to the number of entries per person, provided each entry is a unique post from a qualifying tour. Duplicate or recycled content will be disqualified.

3. Prizes

Prizes are awarded on a weekly and monthly basis as follows:

Weekly Prize (awarded every Monday):

• See Sight Tours merchandise kit (valued at approx. $75 CAD)
• Feature on See Sight Tours' official social media channels

Monthly Grand Prize (awarded on the first Monday of each month):

• One (1) complimentary group tour for up to 6 persons at any See Sight Tours destination (valued at up to $600 CAD)
• Exclusive ambassador experience with a personal tour guide
• Priority booking access for 12 months
• 20% discount on all See Sight Tours bookings for 12 months

Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash equivalent. See Sight Tours reserves the right to substitute any prize with one of equal or greater value. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes on prizes received.

4. Winner Selection

Weekly winners are selected by the See Sight Tours social media team based on the following criteria (not in order of priority):

• Authenticity and creativity of the content
• Engagement received (likes, comments, shares)
• Quality of the photography or video
• Representation of the See Sight Tours brand and experience
• Positive, inclusive tone and messaging

Monthly grand prize winners are selected from the pool of weekly winners. All decisions by the See Sight Tours selection committee are final and binding. No appeals will be considered.

Potential winners will be contacted via direct message on the platform where their winning entry was posted. Winners must respond within 48 hours of notification or forfeit the prize. In the event of forfeiture, an alternate winner will be selected.

5. General Rules

By entering this Campaign, participants agree to these rules in their entirety. See Sight Tours reserves the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or terminate the Campaign at any time without prior notice
• Disqualify any entry that violates these rules, contains inappropriate content, or is otherwise deemed unsuitable
• Use submitted content (with credit to the creator) in See Sight Tours' marketing materials
• Request proof of tour booking and completion before awarding any prize

Content that includes offensive, discriminatory, violent, or sexually explicit material will be immediately disqualified and may be reported to the relevant social media platform.

This Campaign is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Instagram, TikTok, or any other social media platform. All inquiries should be directed to See Sight Tours, not to any social media company.

6. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with this Campaign is used solely to administer the Campaign, notify and verify winners, and deliver prizes. See Sight Tours will not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

By entering the Campaign, winners consent to See Sight Tours using their name, username, photograph, and likeness for promotional purposes related to this Campaign, without further compensation.
